WE ARE AVAILABLE.


From our warehouse in Amsterdam , all standard parts are always in stock and therefore available immediately. Furthermore, our extensive service has national coverage and is available 24/7 for emergencies. We are also available for maintenance and service of products from other brands.


You can report a malfunction using the form below. We will contact you within 2 working hours (from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). If you have an urgent fault, please report your fault by telephone on 0687754995. 


We use three categories for handling your malfunction:

  • Standard : work is scheduled on route. Depending on your location, these activities are carried out within 2 working days
  • Urgency within office hours : execution and completion of the work takes place as soon as possible within office hours (our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Urgent outside office hours : mechanic will drive immediately, execution and completion of the work takes place as soon as possible outside office hours
  • The rate for the different categories depends on your maintenance contract.
